An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system. You cannot play on secure servers.

How do I fix this?

If this is a problem for you on all servers then you can try fixing this problem by exiting Steam and restarting your computer.

Conflicting Software

This issue can be caused by third party software interfering with your game or Steam. Please restart your computer, then launch Steam and the game without running any other third party software.

Common Conflicts:

• Cheat Engine
• IObit Start Menu 8
• CCleaner
• Process Hacker
• DLL Injectors

Repair the Steam Service

This may also indicate a Steam Service failure.  Please try repairing the Steam Service:

• Exit Steam.
• Click Start > Run (Windows Key + R)
• Type the following command:
  
  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair 
  
  (If you have installed Steam to another path, please replace C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam with the correct path.)
  
  This command requires administrator privileges and may take a few minutes.
• Launch Steam and test the issue again. 

Restore Boot Settings to Default

Kernel Integrity checks, Kernel Debugging, and Data Execution Prevention (DEP) must be set to default to play on VAC secured servers. To change these settings to default please follow the steps below:

• Exit Steam.
• Click the Start button, then 'All Programs', and 'Accessories'
• Right-click on Command Prompt and click "Run as administrator..."

Note:

If you are running Windows 8 you will need to press Windows Key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin)
• In the command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  bcdedit /deletevalue nointegritychecks 
  bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions 
  bcdedit /debug off 
  bcdedit /deletevalue nx  
   

Note:

If you recieve the following error when entering these commands they are already set to default.

The value is protected by Secure Boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted.
• Restart your computer.
• Launch Steam and test the issue again. 

Repair System Files

There may be corrupt system files that are causing this issue. The following instructions will run a critical system file check on your Windows installation, replacing any missing or damaged files:

• Exit Steam.
• Click the Start button, then 'All Programs', and 'Accessories'
• Right-click on Command Prompt and click "Run as administrator..."

Note:

If you are running Windows 8 you will need to press Windows Key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin)
• In the command prompt, type the following command and press Enter:
  
  sfc /scannow


• Once the operation has completed please restart your computer then launch Steam and test the issue again..

Cara mengatasi Advan S4C Yang Bootloop Dengan Flash Ulang

Di artikel kali ini saya akan membahas tentang cara mengatasi Advan S4C yang bootloop dengan flash ulang. Advan S4C mengalami bootloop yaitu pada saat di nyalakan hanya sampai di logo Oppo saja dan tidak bisa masuk ke menu utama, sudah anda lakukan hard reset di menu recovery tetapi masih juga mengalami masalah tersebut. Untuk mengatasi ini anda harus melakukan flash ulang Advan S4C milik anda.

Melakukan flash Advan S4C, pastinya bukan masalah bootloop saja yang dapat diatasi melainkan ada juga masalah lain, seperti sytem aplikasi error, system aplikasi telah berhenti, aplikasi tidak merespon, hang, lemot/lelet dan juga berbagai masalah lainnya. Setelah melakukan flash, Advan S4C akan kembali normal, bisa dikatakan seperti pada saat pertama membeli dari pabrik.

Sebelum melakukan flash ulang Advan S4C, anda harus download dulu bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan yaitu software sp flashtool versi5, USB Vcom driver dan juga sebuah fimware yang harus sesuai dengan tipe Advan S4C milik anda. Bahan-bahan tersebut sudah saya siapkan dibawah ini yang dapat anda download secara gratis. Silahkan anda ikuti cara flash Advan S4C dibawah ini.

Download perlengkapan sebelum melakukan flash :

USB VCOM Drivers
SPflashtools Versi5.1352.01
Download Fimware Advan S4C

Proses flashing Advan S4C :

• Ekstrak USB VCOM driver kemudian install di PC/Laptop
• Kemudian ekstrak juga SPFlashTool dan fimware Advan S4C yang sudah di download
• Kemudian buka folder hasil ekstrak SPFlashtool kemudian jalankan flash_tool.exe dengan cara klik kanan pilih Run as administrator
• Setelah Sp FlashTool terbuka klik scatter-loading kemudian cari file MT6572_Android_scatter yang ada di folder hasil ekstrak fimware Advan S4C, pilih file tersebut kemudian klik Open
• Selanjutnya klik tombol Download di tools sp flashtool

• Matikan Advan S4C (Untuk memastikan Advan S4C dalam keadaan mati, diamkan dulu beberapa detik)
• Sekarang hubungkan ke PC menggunakan Kabel USB dan otomatis proses flashing akan berjalan, tunggu sampai selesai (Apabila proses flashing Advan S4C tidak berjalan, silahkan anda hubungkan dengan port usb pc yang berbeda)
• proses flashing Oppo Advan S4C sudah selesai akan keluar ceklis lingkaran hijau seperti pada gambar di bawah ini.

• Lepaskan Advan S4C dari PC dan nyalakan
• Proses flashing Advan S4C selesai

Catatan : Setelah melakukan flashing sebaiknya anda melakukan hard reset Advan S4C

supaya fimware terpebaharui sempurna dalam system android, dengan cara :

• Advan S4C dalam keadaan mati tekan Volume Down + Power  secara bersamaan sampai menuju menu recovery
• Selanjutnya pilih wipe data/factory reset dan konfimasi dengan tombol volume atas
• kemudian pilih yes - delete all user data dan konfirmasi lagi dengan tombol volume atas
• Terakhir pilih reboot system now

Tickets for The International 2016

Returning to Seattle’s KeyArena, The International Dota 2 Championship once again brings the world’s top Dota teams together to battle for the Aegis of Champions, with the main event set to run for 6 days from Monday August 8th through Saturday August 13th.

Tickets will go on sale April 7th at 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM Seattle Time, and this year’s competition will offer two ticket options. The Midweek ticket—available for $75—will grant attendance to the first four days of the event August 8th – 11th, and includes access to the opening ceremony and the All-Star match. The Finals ticket—available for $100—will grant access to the last two days of the main event, August 12th and 13th. Both ticket options can be purchased in a single order.

As a special bonus to fans attending the event, we will be dropping unique in-game items to audience members inside of the arena. At First Blood in each individual game, 500 exclusive Attendee Treasures will drop, each containing visually-unique versions of this year’s Secret Shop Immortals. To be eligible, you must have a badge linked to a Steam account and be in the arena when First Blood occurs.

For fans with only the Midweek ticket, we’re also providing a free large outdoor viewing area on the KeyArena grounds where you’ll be able to watch the final two days.
